East End Community Academy
The East End Community Academy has been set up by Glasgow East Regeneration Agency (formerly East End Partnership) in conjunction with Cisco Systems and Microsoft to offer FREE computer courses and training to unemployed people in the East End and across Glasgow. At a cost over £1million, we offer the most up-to-date IT learning facilities available.

The Academy is also part of the eastendconnected learning network offering enhanced training and learning opportunities to residents in the East End. We offer a number of part-time, day courses at the Academy, from the basics of using a computer to more advanced IT skills.
At present we are recruiting for the following Courses:
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
- PC Tech ( IT Essentials & CompTIA A+)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- PC Passwords
More than just a course...
We offer training on areas such as CV creation, job interview skills, job search help.
You should be:
- eager to learn new skills
- actively seeking employment
- willing to undertake a work experience placement
