Conference and Catering

Westwood’s Conference Centre is committed to providing a high quality of service and surroundings, with the technical equipment to make your event run as smoothly and productively as possible. Situated just off the M8, the Centre is just 15 minutes from Glasgow and 40 minåutes from Edinburgh. Private parking and nearby bus and train routes make it the ideal event location.

Once here, your delegates will spend the event in modern, light surroundings that will help them get the most out of your event. Our resident caterers will provide refreshments to meet your individual needs and specifications.

The Conference Package Includes:

• Hire of your chosen room
• The use a flip chart and pens; OHP and Screen; and lectern, should they be required. [Further equipment is available at additional cost

Support Services:

• Our Conference and Catering Manager will liaise with you throughout the arrangements and duration of your event.
• Our professional reception team will welcome and register your delegates.
• Access to Business Centre services: Message Handling; Fax; Photocopying, etc.
• Our catering team has put together a selection of conference menus including healthy option to suit a wide range of events.

To complete the services provided for tenants and conference users, Greater Easterhouse Property Company operates a café within Westwood Business Centre. A wide range of tastes and dietary requirements are catered for with sandwiches; soup; freshly prepared hot daily specials; a fresh salad bar; confectionery; crisps, snacks and hot and cold beverages all available at very competitive prices. Eat in our 40 cover restaurant or take away.

Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 3.00pm Friday: 8.30am - 2.30pm

Daily Serving times:

Breakfast:	8.30am -11am
Lunch:	12pm - 2pm

Beverages, crisps and confectionery are available throughout the day.

Event catering:

Westwood Catering Services offer a large selection of conference menus to our conference users from coffee breaks to finger buffets and knife and fork buffets.

Event catering can also be purchased for external venues and will be provided on wrapped platters, complete with crockery and glassware.
