The Property Company has been involved in the successful development and refurbishment of local buildings for more than 10 years.

Westwood Business Centre

Our ‘overview’ page shows the 1996 transformation of part of the derelict former Westwood Secondary School into modern high quality Business Centre. A partnership of public agencies funded this scheme.

Trondra Centre

In 2001, a former church and hall was converted by GEPC into 12 offices for community organisations, achieved using long term unemployed persons as trainees under supervision.

Westwood Business Centre Extension

As well as being involved with the original development of Westwood, the Property Company project managed the construction of 11 additional offices in 2002. Funding of £500K was again achieved by a public agency partnership.

 

 

Blairtummock House

One of only three listed buildings in Easterhouse and the only remaining example of nine similar country houses of the local industrial gentry, this handsome property is in desperate need of repair. Dating back to 1721, and with a colourful history, it is now surplus to the requirements of Glasgow City Council Land Services.
