About GEPC

Greater Easterhouse Property Company Ltd (GEPC) was formed in 1996 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Greater Easterhouse Development Company Ltd, now Glasgow East Regeneration Agency (GERA) to provide day to day management services for the newly completed 15,000 sq ft Westwood Business Centre. The creation of a favourable physical environment for businesses is an essential component of GERA’s economic regeneration work.

As well as commercial property management, the Company has evolved to supply conference facilities, catering services, local property information and has undertaken property development.

Directions

From the West

Take the slip road marked 'Easterhouse / Barlanark' off the M8 motorway at Junction 10, turning left at the traffic lights at the top of the slip road on to Bartiebeith Road. Follow the road through the traffic lights past Morrisons’, the Fire Station Shandwick Square Shopping Centre and McDonalds (now Westerhouse Road). You will see John Wheatley College on the right as you approach the junction with Aberdalgie Road. Turn right into Aberdalgie Road and first right into Westwood Business Centre.

From the East

Take the slip road marked 'Easterhouse / Barlanark' off the M8 motorway at Junction 10, turning left at the traffic lights at the top of the slip road on to Bartiebeith Road and the bridge over the M8. Follow the instructions above on to Westerhouse Road and then on to Westwood Business Centre.
