ILMs-East Works, Community Janitors, Media
East Works/ Community Janitors and Media Works are training and employment initiatives aimed at helping primarily long term unemployed people back into work through the provision of quality training and temporary work. GERA has managed projects involving sports coaching, administration, construction/groundwork and money advice. Each project can last up to 13 weeks and each participant is paid a weekly wage from the first day.
Candidates must be unemployed and will be trained in skills to meet their needs and those of the market place. Throughout your time with Intermediate Labour Market Programme you will receive regular support from a dedicated co-ordinator and assistance in finding permanent work.
