Sustaining Employment

Sustaining EmploymentThe project provides a range of support services which help new employees to settle into work and to maintain their employment.

Some of the services offered to new employees:

  • Information and advice
  • Links to other agencies e.g. money advice, childcare services, health and lifestyle advice, housing etc.
  • One to one planning support e.g. travel assistance, dress code advice etc. (No difficulty is too small).
  • Access to training
  • Access to special equipment e.g. toolkits, work-wear etc.
  • Trouble shooting as required.

Some of the services offered to employers:

  • Intermediary support service
  • Early intervention
  • One door access to information and services of a network of agencies
  • Access to training assistance
  • Troubleshooting as required
