Sustaining Employment
The project provides a range of support services which help new employees to settle into work and to maintain their employment.
Some of the services offered to new employees:
- Information and advice
- Links to other agencies e.g. money advice, childcare services, health and lifestyle advice, housing etc.
- One to one planning support e.g. travel assistance, dress code advice etc. (No difficulty is too small).
- Access to training
- Access to special equipment e.g. toolkits, work-wear etc.
- Trouble shooting as required.
Some of the services offered to employers:
- Intermediary support service
- Early intervention
- One door access to information and services of a network of agencies
- Access to training assistance
- Troubleshooting as required
