Referral Team
A unique concept which aims to provide support to all patients and service users of Health Centres, Social work, and addiction services to improve their employability skills, addressing barriers to progression into education, training and employment opportunities by referring individuals to services delivered by advisors of the Employability Team and other relevant agencies within Glasgow East CHCP.
