People Services Team
GERA's People Services team provides clients with a range of different services ranging from training courses which aim to help clients secure employment to aftercare programs once an individual has gained employment. Advice on completing job applications, compiling CVs, interview preparation and interview techniques is also available from one of the team’s specialist advisors. All of the services provided by the team are aimed at local residents and are free of charge. GERA also provides a business start up service in partnership with Glasgow Business Services for individuals wishing to turn their dreams into reality and start up their own businesses.
